30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our printing products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss your concerns.

Eligible Returns

We Accept Returns For:

  • Printing defects or quality issues
  • Incorrect order fulfillment
  • Damaged products during shipping
  • Color variations beyond industry standards
  • Paper stock or finish not as ordered

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-designed products approved by you
  • Orders with customer-provided incorrect information
  • Products ordered more than 30 days ago
  • Rush orders after production has begun

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@retaileleganteu.world or call +16466578877 within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue if applicable.

Step 2: Review

Our quality team will review your return request within 2 business days and provide instructions for returning the products if necessary.

Step 3: Resolution

Once approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free reprint of your order
  • Full or partial refund
  • Store credit for future orders

Reprint Policy

If there is an error in your printing order that is our responsibility, we will reprint your order at no additional cost. Reprints are typically processed within:

  • Standard orders: 3-5 business days
  • Premium orders: 2-3 business days
  • Luxury orders: 24-48 hours

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if:

  • Production has not yet begun
  • You contact us within 2 hours of placing the order
  • The order has not been approved for printing

Once production begins, cancellation fees may apply:

  • Design phase: No charge
  • Pre-production: 25% of order total
  • In production: 50% of order total
  • Completed/Shipped: No cancellation possible

Shipping Damage

If your printing products arrive damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photos
  2. Keep all packaging materials
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or refund

Design Approval

Please note that once you approve a design proof:

  • You are confirming all text is correct
  • Colors may vary slightly from screen to print
  • Layout and positioning are as desired
  • Image quality is acceptable

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
